Shipping policy

At aurahaus, we aim to get your watch to you as quickly and safely as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.

## 1. Order Processing Time

- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day
- You will receive a confirmation on WhatsApp/email once your order is shipped, along with tracking details 

## 2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship across India For international shipping queries, please contact us directly to check availability.

## 3. Shipping Time

- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Other cities/towns: 5–8 business days
- Remote areas: May take up to 10 business days

Please note these are estimated timelines and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

## 4. Shipping Charges

- Free shipping on orders above ₹1000
- Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly shown at checkout before payment

## 5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

- COD is available for orders within India (subject to pincode serviceability)

## 6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link/number via WhatsApp or email. You can use this to track your package directly with the courier partner.

## 7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

- If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we'll follow up with the courier partner
- In case a shipment is lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or full refund after investigation with the courier

## 8. Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing the order. AuraHaus is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-shipping charges may apply.

## 9. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please:
- Do not accept the delivery if possible, or
- Record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos

We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
